Sticker & Lalakit FAQs

Only Cars (with Lalamove Ride sticker), 4x4 Pickups, Vans, and Lorries are eligible to join the sticker program, provided the vehicle’s paint is in good condition.

The sticker contract is valid for 3 months, and it is renewed automatically for each cycle.

Depending on your vehicle type and city, you may be required to submit sticker photos during the first week of each month, join a mission, or do both.

You can schedule an installation slot through the Lalamove Driver app.

You only need to bring your vehicle.

It will take approximately 20 minutes but it may take longer depending on the vehicle type or if there is a queue.

You can reschedule by booking a new slot directly in the driver app.

The installation slot will be automatically cancelled by end of the day if you are absent on the installation day. Please schedule a new session to book another slot after the auto-cancellation.

You can pay for the selected items when you arrive at the office for collection via Online Banking.  

Any Lalabag, Lalajackets or Merchandise purchased must be collected within 180 days from the date of purchase. Driver Partners may not collect after this specified period and Lalamove will forfeit any payment. Driver Partners are encouraged to visit the nearest Lalamove Driver centre for further clarification.
