Can all vehicles join the Lalamove sticker program?

All vehicles, except Motorcycle, can join the sticker program as long as the vehicle paint is in good condition.

How much incentive can I earn from the sticker program?

From the month of August 2023, the following scheme applies for driver partners with new and renewed sticker contract*:

The monthly sticker incentive for Car delivery partners in these cities has been discontinued. However, Car delivery partners in these cities can still enjoy other sticker benefits.

*The sticker incentive is subject to change. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the sticker incentive without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to make the final decision.

How will I receive the monthly incentive?

You will receive the monthly payment via your Lalamove Driver app e-wallet.

How long does the contract last?

The sticker contract is valid for 3 months, and it is renewed automatically for each cycle.

What are the requirements to receive monthly incentives?

Depending on your vehicle type and city, you may either need to submit sticker photos in the first week of every month, join a mission, or perform both.

What happens if I fail to submit the monthly photo?

Failure to submit monthly photo will result in contract termination.

When will I receive my sticker incentive after fulfilling all the monthly requirements?

You will receive the FULL sticker incentive payment every 1st day of the month. However, if you did not receive them after meeting all the requirements, kindly submit your request to our Sticker Admin for further assistance. 

How do I apply for the sticker program?

For 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry, you can schedule an installation slot through the Lalamove Driver app. For Car, you can walk into any Lalamove Driver Center on weekdays from 9:30 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm.

Will there be any damage to the vehicle from sticker installation?

The stickers are printed on quality removable vinyl material designed for vehicles without any residue or damage.

What do I need to bring for my sticker installation?

You only need to bring your vehicle.

How long will the sticker installation take?

It will take approximately 20 minutes but it may take longer depending on the vehicle type or if there is a queue.

How do I reschedule my sticker installation session?

How do I cancel my sticker installation session?

Please reach out 3 days in advance through Whatsapp 014-3327308 to cancel your sticker installation appointment.

My sticker is old, can I restick new sticker?

Yes, you can. Please visit any Lalamove Driver Center and sign a Waiver and Release of Liability upon carrying out sticker installation.

Can I enjoy sticker benefits if I remove the Lalamove sticker?

Sorry, any benefits will be forfeited if you choose to remove your Lalamove sticker.

Can I remove the sticker myself after fulfilling the minimum contract timeframe of 3 months?

We advise you to visit any Lalamove Driver Center for sticker removal. 

What are the conditions where Lalamove is liable for paint damage due to sticker removal?

Lalamove will only be liable for any paint damages under these conditions:
- The vehicle is below ten years old

- The vehicle's mileage is less than 180,000 kilometres

- Lalamove employees at a designated Lalamove Driver Centre installed the stickers

- The stickers' age is less than 10 months

- The paint damages are within the areas covered by the stickers

- The stickers were removed by Lalamove employees at a designated Lalamove Driver Centre

- The vehicle does not display abnormality/damaged/dull paint on parts that are not covered by stickers

If I met an accident with my stickered vehicle, can I claim my own insurance?

Yes, you can. Displaying the sticker does not disqualify you from insurance claims. For accident cases, you need to remove the sticker first before proceeding with insurance claims. You can reinstall the Lalamove sticker after the claim process.


What is Lalakit? Why should I buy them?

How should I pay for the items?

You can pay for the selected items when you arrive at the office for collection via Online Banking.  

Any Lalabag, Lalajackets or Merchandise purchased must be collected within 180 days from the date of purchase. Driver Partners may not collect after this specified period and Lalamove will forfeit any payment. Driver Partners are encouraged to visit the nearest Lalamove Driver centre for further clarification.

My Lalabag is torn, can I exchange it for another one?

Please contact the customer support and they will be glad to assist you.

How should I use my Lalakit?

How can I cancel/reschedule my pickup session?
