  2. For walk in redemption only.
  3. Promotion only applicable to Astra batteries only.
  4. For JIS & DIN battery types, warranty terms and conditions are as follows:
    a) Commercial/e-Hailing Vehicles (Diesel and/or petrol) : 20,000KM or 6 months (whichever comes first)
  5. For AGM battery types, warranty terms and conditions are as follows:
    a) Commercial/e-Hailing Vehicles (Diesel and/or petrol): 30,000KM or 12 months (whichever comes first)
  6. For EFB battery types, warranty terms and conditions are as follows:
    a) Commercial/e-Hailing Vehicles (Diesel and/or petrol) : 30,000 or 6 months (whichever comes first)
  7. The warranty is void:
    a) If the marking or serial number of the battery has been removed, erased, or tampered with.
    b) If the damage is caused by the malfunctioning of the vehicle's charging and electrical system, accident, collision, misuse, mishandling, improper maintenance, explosion, acts of God such as fire, flood and etc.
    c) If the battery is installed, modified, or tampered with any manner.
    d) If details in the warranty card are incomplete, illegible or the warranty card is torn, damaged, altered and etc.
  8. The warranty excludes:
    a) Consumables (e.g battery water)
    b) Products offered as promotions or complimentary gift or goodwill claim
    c) Battery salvageable by recharging
    d) Cost of recharging
    e) Labour to remove and replace battery
    f) Consequential losses
