Lalamove has partnered with Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad (Chubb) to offer a personal accident insurance policy with every delivery job for Lalamove delivery partners.
When will you be covered under the policy?
The insurance coverage will come into effect if you accept and fulfil a delivery job from the Lalamove Driver app.

Note: the above Event(s) must occur within twelve (12) months from the date of the incident.
How to submit an insurance claim?
Make sure you file the claim within 30 days after the incident.
Please fill in the required details in Chubb's claim form and prepare the following supporting documents for the claim application:

Yes, only Lalamove delivery partners with the 'On Duty' status and who are fulfilling delivery orders are eligible for the insurance coverage.
Chubbs will not pay benefits, including any loss, damage, liability, event or bodily injury which directly or indirectly caused by:
- Declared or undeclared war or any act of war, rebellion, or intrusion
- Any intentional self-injury, suicide, reckless misconduct or any illegal or criminal act committed by the Policyholder or Insured Person
- The Insured Person engaging in naval, military or airforce service or operations
- Terrorism
Chubb may take up to 10 days to inform you whether the claim has been accepted or rejected, provided all necessary supporting documents have been received.
