This Papaya Autohaus Service Package is exclusive to the registered Lalamove driver partners. Services and benefits are applicable solely to the designated vehicle(s) and are non-transferable to other vehicles. Any attempt to use the Service Package for unauthorized vehicles may result in the termination of membership without refund.

1. Package Duration: The annual vehicle service package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Included: The package covers services as outlined in the respective packages above with offerings which are subject to limitations as specified below.
3. Limited Use of Services: Limited use services included in the package are limited to [X] applications within the 12-month validity period. Any additional applications beyond this limit will be subject to extra charges. Unused applications are non transferable, non refundable and non exchangeable to cash.
4. Appointment Scheduling: Members are required to schedule appointments in advance for all services, ensuring availability. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on workshop capacity.
5. Package Transferability: The annual package is non-transferable and can only be used for the specified vehicle at the time of purchase.
6. Package Fee: The annual package fee is non-refundable, irrespective of the frequency of service usage or member satisfaction.
7. Renewal: Members have the option to renew the package upon expiration for another year. Renewal fees may be subject to change, with prior notice provided to existing members.
8. Termination: The workshop reserves the right to terminate a package if a member breaches workshop policies, displays abusive behavior, or fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
9. Pricing Changes: The workshop reserves the right to adjust package fees and service prices with advanced notice to its members.
10. Liability: The workshop is not liable for any damage or loss to vehicles on the premises or during service provision. Members are encouraged to remove personal belongings from their vehicles.
11. Force Majeure: The workshop is not responsible for any delays or inability to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of this jurisdiction.
13. By purchasing the annual package, the member acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, including the limited use of vehicle polish and coating services.
