1. What are coupon packs?
   Coupon packs are bulk discount coupon codes that can be purchased and applied to Lalamove orders. With coupon packs, you can enjoy more savings for your delivery and ride orders.
   
   
2. How can I purchase a coupon pack?
   Eligible users will see the Coupon Shop offers in their Lalamove mobile app inbox. Select the payment method and tap purchase on the coupon details page. The coupon packs' purchase limit and validity period will be based on the campaign selling period. Please refer to the Coupon Pack campaign terms and conditions for more details.
   
   
3. Can I purchase coupon packs on the Lalamove web app?
   Coupon packs are currently offered on the Lalamove mobile app only.
   
   
4. Why does my family/friend have a different coupon pack offer from mine in the Lalamove app?
   Coupon pack offers are tailored specifically to each user’s needs and habits. Hence, your pack may differ from your family members' or friends'.
   
   
5. Will I earn LalaPoints when I purchase a coupon package?
   Loyalty points are not accrued with the purchase of coupon packages.
   
   
6. Where do I find the purchased coupon pack in my Lalamove mobile app?
   Purchased coupons can be found in the Lalamove Wallet under the Coupon tab.
   
   
7. How do I use the coupons in my coupon pack?
   You can apply the coupon codes directly when placing delivery orders.
   
   
8. Can I transfer my coupons to friends or family?
   Purchased coupon packs are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
   
   
9. Where can I find my coupon pack purchase record?
   The e-receipt will be sent to your registered email address after completing the purchase. Please ensure the 'Receive E-receipt' setting in the Lalamove mobile app is toggled on and your email address is updated to ensure the e-receipt can be delivered successfully.
   
   
10. What happens to my coupon pack if I no longer require them?
    Unused coupons after the validity period are non-refundable and non-extendable.

1. The coupons are available for purchase from 23rd January 2026 to 13th February 2026.

2. The coupons are valid for one-time use as specified on the coupons.

3. The coupons are valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.

4. The coupons are not applicable for usage on 10th February 2026 to 16th February 2026.

6. The coupons can only be purchased and used in Malaysia.

7. The coupons only apply to orders placed via mobile or web app.

8. The coupons are only applicable if the order value is the same or higher than the discount value.

9. The coupons cannot be combined or used with other discount coupons.

10. The Ride coupon can only be used in selected areas in Klang Valley.

11.  The coupons are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

12.  Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

13. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to the final decision.
