Terms and Conditions

1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon and grand prizes, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and LALAMOVE Just Lalamove-it! Terms and Conditions.
2. This campaign applies to Lalamove first-time users only.
3. Users must click on the promotional banner in the Lalamove app to join LALAMOVE Just Lalamove-it! 
4. Users must click on the Mission Card to earn an unboxing ticket, access the content of the spinning wheel and win delivery coupons.
5. The user must click the “GO” button within the campaign period to save the coupon code in the Lalamove wallet. The coupon code will be stored in "My Rewards" after 10-15 minutes of redemption.
6. Normal redemption lead time is around 10-15 minutes. However, the lead time will depend on users’ network service and system refreshing time.
7. Lalamove delivery coupons can only be used for Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries and are valid for 7 days upon redemption. The value of the delivery coupons is as follows:
- 1x5% off 4x4 Pickup delivery, capped at RM5
- 1x5% off Van delivery, capped at RM10
- 1x5% off Lorry delivery, capped at RM20
- 1x10% off Long Haul Car delivery, capped at RM8
- 1x10% off Long Haul 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry delivery, capped at RM30
8. This promotion is only applicable to Lalamove first-time non-business account users.
9. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
10. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the user’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice.
11. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Lalamove 2023 Just Lalamove-it! Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
12. Lalamove reserves the right to a final decision in any disputes.
