1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's grand prizes, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and LALAMOVE “January Order Target Campaign” Terms and Conditions.

2. The registration will begin on 5th January 2026, 00:00. Members who register successfully and finish targeted orders from 5th January 2026, 00:00, to 25th January 2026, 23:59 can earn additional Lalapoints.

3. To join the Lalamove Order Target Campaign, users must click the “Participate Now” button on the Rewards page in the Lalamove app.

4. The missions are as follows:

• Complete 2 orders to earn 800 Lalapoints. 

• Complete 3-4 orders to earn 2,000 Lalapoints. 

• Complete 5-7 orders to earn 6,000 Lalapoints in total. 

• Complete 8 orders or above to earn 8,000 Lalapoints in total.

5. Lalapoints will be credited to members' accounts automatically within 1-2 days after completing the order.

6. Lalapoints are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

7. Lalamove will select the top 5 Lalamove Rewards members with the most orders after the campaign ends (25th January 2026).

8. The top 5 Lalamove Rewards members who finish in positions 8, 18, 28, 38, and 48 in total order quantity during the January Order Target Campaign will win the Prosperity Grand Prizes.

9. Lalamove will contact the winners via email/WhatsApp number that was registered to the winners' Lalamove account after 25th January 2026 for the arrangement of the prize handover.

10. The winner must claim their prize within 7 working days from the date Lalamove contacts the winner via email or WhatsApp. If the winner fails to claim their prize within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited.

11. The winners may expect to receive their prizes within 14 working days after Lalamove has contacted them.

12. This promotion applies to all vehicle types.

13. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour will result in disqualification from the event. Lalamove reserves the right to deduct Lalapoints obtained from the event from the member's account without further notice.

14. Lalamove reserves the right to modify the user guidelines and terms, privacy policy, and the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

15. Participants agree to the terms mentioned above and conditions by participating in this promotion. If the promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
