1. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing any Lalamove platform and using related services, users confirm that they have understood and agreed to accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. The registration will begin on July 7, 2026. Members who register successfully and complete delivery orders from July 7, 2026, 00:00, to July 24, 2026, 23:59 can earn 2x Lalapoints for every RM1 spent on orders.

3. LalaPoints will be credited to members' accounts within 1-2 days automatically after completing the order.

4. LalaPoints are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

5. This promotion applies to all vehicle types, including Lalamove Ride.

6. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour will result in disqualification from the event. Lalamove reserves the right to deduct LalaPoints obtained from the event from the member's account without further notice.

7. Lalamove reserves the right to modify the user guidelines and terms, privacy policy, and the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

8. Participants agree to the above-mentioned terms and conditions by participating in this promotion. In the event that the promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
