1. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing any Lalamove platform and using related services, users confirm that they have understood and agreed to accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. This promotion is only available for individual users who have signed up as Lalamove Rewards members (not applicable for corporate accounts).

3. Users must register for the "1.69 Million LalaPoints Sharing Campaign" on the Lalamove App from 3rd August 2026, 00:00, to 16th August 2026, 23:59 (the "Registration Period") and successfully complete orders between 3rd August 2026, 00:00, to 16th August 2026, 23:59 (the "promo period").

4. During the promotion period, users who complete 1 or more orders on the Lalamove App can share 1.69 Million LalaPoints depending on the number of orders completed. The more orders completed, the higher the amount of additional LalaPoints received. Each participant can potentially receive a minimum of 169 LalaPoints to a maximum of 16,900 LalaPoints.

5. The calculation of additional BONUS LalaPoints will be based on the total number of orders completed by all participants during the promotion period. A total of 1.69 Million "POT Reward" LalaPoints will be distributed, and the additional LalaPoints received will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

6. Lalamove reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and verify all orders, transaction records, system logs, time logs, timestamps, account activity and any other relevant data for the purposes of confirming eligibility and calculating rewards. If Lalamove identifies any discrepancy, anomaly, suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, technical error, invalid transaction, or any activity inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, Lalamove may revise, recalculate, withhold, cancel or deduct any LalaPoints credited or to be credited under this promotion from the member’s account, without prior notice. In the absence of manifest error, Lalamove’s records and system determinations shall be final and binding for the purposes of this promotion.

7. Lalamove will credit the additional LalaPoints to the member's account within 7-14 working days after the end of the promotion.

8. This promotion applies to all vehicle types, including the Car Sedan for Lalamove Ride. LalaPoints cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

9. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour will result in disqualification from the event. Lalamove reserves the right to deduct Lalapoints obtained from the event from the member's account without further notice.

10. Lalamove reserves the right to modify the user guidelines and terms, privacy policy, and the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

11. Participants agree to the terms mentioned above and conditions by participating in this promotion. If the promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
