1. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing any Lalamove platform and using its related services, users confirm that they have understood and accepted these terms and the privacy policy.

2. This Campaign is valid from 5th March 2026 (00:00) to 31st March 2026 (23:59) (“Promotional Period”).

3. This Campaign is open to all new and existing Lalamove users who registered in the Lalamove Rewards Program.

4. This campaign does not apply to Lalamove Business Account users.

5. Users must spend 500 LalaPoints to unlock 1 spin and stand a chance to win a prize. Each spin constitutes one participation in the campaign.

6. LalaPoints used for spins, as well as the rewards issued, are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

7. Winners will be announced and contacted via App Push Notification and/or registered email within 7-10 working days after the Promotional Period ends.

8. Participants must ensure their Lalamove account has "Offers and Promotions" push notifications and/or email notifications enabled. Failure to enable notifications may result in the forfeiture of the Prize if Lalamove is unable to contact the winner.

9. Winners must ensure that the contact information (e.g., mobile phone number, email address) provided in their Lalamove account is accurate. Lalamove is not responsible for any failure to contact the winner due to incorrect information.

10. If a winner cannot be successfully contacted within seven (7) working days of the first notification attempt, or fails to provide required information for prize redemption within the specified timeline, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and Lalamove reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

11. Winners will receive the prizes within twenty (20) working days after being contacted by Lalamove.

12. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour will result in disqualification from the event. Lalamove reserves the right to deduct Lalapoints obtained from the event from the member's account without further notice.

13. Lalamove reserves the right to modify the user guidelines and terms, privacy policy, and the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

14. Participants agree to the above-mentioned terms and conditions by participating in this promotion. In the event that the promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
