3. This promotion is valid for first-time users who sign up as Lalamove Rewards members only.

4. This promotion does not apply to Lalamove Business Account users.

5. This promotion is valid for Lalamove Ride orders.

6. This promotion applies to all vehicle types.

7. The new registered Lalamove Rewards member will get 500 LalaPoints immediately.

8. Another 500 LalaPoints will be credited once the user complete an order as a Lalamove Rewards member.

9. Users can use the accumulated LalaPoints to redeem one collection from LalaBox: Unbox The Lalamove Minis.

10. Users can expect to receive one plushie from LalaBox: Unbox The Lalamove Minis collection within 30 working days after being contacted by Lalamove.

11. LalaPoints are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

12. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour will result in disqualification from the event. Lalamove reserves the right to deduct LalaPoints obtained from the event from the member's account without further notice.

13. Lalamove reserves the right to modify the user guidelines, terms, privacy policy, and the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

14. Participants agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above by participating in this promotion. If the promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
