Terms and Conditions
  1. Customers can redeem the offer by entering a coupon code in the in-app Wallet or before placing an order
  2. The redemption date and validity can refer to the coupon.
  3. The coupon code can only be used once.
  4. The coupon offers a discount of RM3 for delivery with any vehicles specified on the coupon.
  5. The coupon can be used in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Malacca, Johor Bahru and Kuching.
  6. The coupon only applies to orders placed via mobile or web app.
  7. The coupon is only applicable if the order value is the same or higher than the discount value.
  8. The coupon can be stored in the Lalamove wallet if the users decide to use it later.
  9. The coupon is valid for 14 days from the coupon added to "My Wallet" and ends at 23:59 after 14 days upon receiving the coupon. The coupon will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended.
  10. The coupon is not refundable or transferable.
  11. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  12. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision.
