1. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing any Lalamove platform and using related services, users confirm that they have understood and agreed to accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. The promotion is valid from 1st September 2026 to 30th September 2026.

3. This promotion is only available to individual users and does not apply to Lalamove Business Account users or any other accounts designated by Lalamove as ineligible.

4. The RM5 coupon applies to all vehicle types available on the Lalamove App, including Lalamove Ride, unless otherwise specified.

5. The coupon cannot be used on 14th September 2026 and 15th September 2026. Any attempted use of the coupon on that date will be rejected and will not be honoured.

6. LalaPoints are non-transferable, may only be used in accordance with the Lalamove Rewards programme terms and conditions, and cannot be converted into cash or any other form of value.

7. Lalamove may, at its sole discretion, review and verify orders, transaction records, account activity and other relevant data to confirm eligibility and enforce these terms and conditions. Any fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or suspicious behaviour will result in disqualification from the event. Lalamove reserves the right to revise, withhold, cancel or deduct any LalaPoints or coupons obtained or to be obtained from this promotion from the member's account, without prior notice.

8. Lalamove reserves the right to modify, amend or update the user guidelines and terms of use, privacy policy, and the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the promotion after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by all of the above terms and conditions. If the promotion cannot be carried out or must be adjusted due to force majeure, changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, shorten, extend or suspend the promotion. In the event of any dispute, Lalamove’s decision shall be final and binding.
