1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's grand prizes, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and LALAMOVE “September Order Target Campaign” Terms and Conditions.

2. The registration will begin on 7th September 2026, 00:00. Members who register successfully and finish targeted orders from 7th September 2026, 00:00, to 27th September 2026, 23:59 can earn additional Lalapoints.

3. To join the Lalamove Order Target Campaign, users must click the “Participate Now” button on the Rewards page in the Lalamove app.

4.  The order count will commence upon successful registration of the event. Only orders with a net value exceeding RM1 will be counted. For newly joined members, the first order after successful registration will not be counted towards the order mission targets. Members will only receive any applicable standard first-order bonus points for that first order, and the mission count will start from the second qualifying order onwards;  

5. The missions are as follows:

• Complete 2 orders to earn 1,000 Lalapoints.

• Complete 3-4 orders to earn 1,400 Lalapoints.

• Complete 5-7 orders to earn 2,600 Lalapoints.

• Complete 8 orders or above to earn 4,600 Lalapoints.

6. Lalapoints will be credited to members' accounts automatically within 1-2 days after completing the order.

7. Lalapoints are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

8. Lalamove will select the top 6 users with the most orders to win an extra 1,600 LalaPoints.

9. The extra 1,600 Bonus LalaPoints will be credited to the user's account within 14 working days after the campaign ends on 27th September 2026.

10. This promotion applies to all vehicle types.

11. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour will result in disqualification from the event. Lalamove reserves the right to deduct Lalapoints obtained from the event from the member's account without further notice.

12. Lalamove reserves the right to modify the user guidelines and terms, privacy policy, and the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

13. Participants agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above by participating in this promotion. If the promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
