1. Please read the following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) carefully. By participating in this “MYFM Big Show 2025 Loyalty Trivia” campaign (“Campaign”), users confirm that they have understood and agreed to these T&Cs and Lalamove’s privacy policy.

2. This Campaign is valid from September 10, 2025 (00:00) to September 22, 2025 (23:59) (“Promotional Period”).

3. This Campaign is open to all new and existing Lalamove users who registered in the Lalamove Rewards Program.

4. This campaign does not apply to Lalamove Business Account users.

5. This campaign applies to all vehicle types available on the Lalamove platform.

6. To participate, users must enter the "Rewards" page on the Lalamove mobile app, click on the Campaign banner, tap "Join Now", and submit an answer to the question(s) within the Promotional Period.

7. Users must place at least one order to participate in the campaign.

8. A total of five (5) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive two (2) Rock Zone tickets to the MYFM Big Show 2025 (“Prize”).

9. Winners will be selected based on the creativity of their submitted answers. Lalamove reserves the right to select the winners at its sole discretion.

10. Winners will be announced and contacted via App Push Notification and/or registered email within 7-10 working days after the Promotional Period ends.

11. Participants must ensure their Lalamove account has "Offers and Promotions" push notifications and/or email notifications enabled. Failure to enable notifications may result in the forfeiture of the Prize if Lalamove is unable to contact the winner.

12. Winners must ensure that the contact information (e.g., mobile phone number, email address) provided in their Lalamove account is accurate. Lalamove is not responsible for any failure to contact the winner due to incorrect information.

13. If a winner cannot be successfully contacted within three (3) working days of the first notification attempt, or fails to provide required information for prize redemption within the specified timeline, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and Lalamove reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

14. All Prizes and LalaPoints are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account.

15. Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity will result in the user's immediate disqualification from this Campaign.

16. Lalamove reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

17. In case of any dispute, Lalamove reserves the right to make the final decision.
