Eligibility:

1. My Day With Lalamove (“Contest”) is organised by Lalamove Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Lalamove”) and is open to all new and existing Malaysian Lalamove Driver Partners (“Partners”), subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. This Contest is open to verified Lalamove Driver Partners based in Malaysia.

3. The following Partners are not eligible to participate in this Contest:

(a) Partners who register after the contest period,

(b) Partners who have been banned or suspended from the Lalamove platform.

Contest Period:

1. This Contest will run from 15th December 2025, 12.00 am to 28th February 2026, 11.59 pm – Malaysian Time GMT+8 (“Contest Period”).

2. Lalamove reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, discontinue or terminate the Contest Period at any time before the expiry of the Contest Period without giving any prior notice, and no compensation in cash or kind shall be given.

Participation:

1. This Contest will be conducted through the Lalamove Driver App.

2. To be eligible to join the Contest, Partners must:

(a) Register as a Lalamove Driver Partner within the contest period,

(b) Complete the required deposit and display Lalamove stickers on their vehicle, and

(c) Upload video on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok with the hashtags: #MyDayWithLalamove #lalamovemy

3. Once all the above requirements are fulfilled, the Partner will be deemed eligible and automatically enrolled into the Contest.

Winners Selection/Announcement:

1. Lalamove may publish the details of top participants, including each Partner’s name and social media account, throughout the Contest Period. Partners with the best creativity at storytelling will have a greater chance of being selected as winners at the end of the Contest.

2. The winners will be announced on the Lalamove Driver App, official website, and Lalamove social media platforms within fifteen (15) days after the end of the Contest Period.

3. A total of three (3) winners will be selected, and each winner is eligible to receive only one (1) prize.

4. The winners’ announcement may include each name, social media account, photograph, town/region of the Partner’s account, and prize details of each winner.

5. All winners will be contacted via phone call or WhatsApp before the official announcement. Winners must acknowledge receipt of their prize notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and Lalamove reserves the right to award the prize to another winner.

6. Lalamove shall not be held liable if winners cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever.

The Prize(s):

1. The Winners in this contest will receive:

• 1st Place: RM5000 

• 2nd Place:  RM3000 

• 3rd Place: RM2000

2. Each Partner is entitled to win 1 (ONE) prize only.

3. Lalamove reserves the right to forfeit the prize of any winner who does not provide the required details as stipulated in the Contest Terms and Conditions.

4. All prizes are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-cumulative, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

5. The prizes are provided ‘as is’ and without any warranty, express or implied. Lalamove shall not be liable for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or possession of the prize, including but not limited to any defect or malfunction of the prize. 

6. By accepting the prize, winners agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Lalamove from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with the receipt, use, or possession of the prize, regardless of whether such claims arise from Lalamove’s negligence,  breach of contract, or any cause of action. 

General Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in this Contest, Partners acknowledge, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Lalamove reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, vary and/or alter any part of the terms and conditions of this Contest, including but not limited to substituting the prizes with other prizes of equal value, at any time without giving any prior notice to the Partners, and Partners agree to be bound by those changes.

3. Lalamove reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Partners’ participation in the contest without cause and notice, in particular, if: –

a) Partners is not an eligible or qualified Partners;

b) Partners fail to fulfil all or any of the Terms & Conditions stipulated herein;

c) Partners have engaged in conduct that Lalamove considers inappropriate or unacceptable;

d) Partners have breached any Terms & Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Contest or violate any applicable laws or regulations; or

e) For any other reasons Lalamove deems fit at Lalamove's sole discretion. 

4. Lalamove shall have the exclusive rights to use, modify, publish or display materials information submitted by Partners, including but not limited to, the names, photographs, town or region of the Partners in any way it deems fit for marketing, advertising, publicity purposes and for any other reason whatsoever without any further notice to the Partners and the Partners shall not claim ownership or any payments or compensation on the materials.

5. Lalamove’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.

6. Lalamove shall not be liable for any claims by the Partners or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Contest.

7. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other language’s version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.

8. By participating in the Contest, Partners consent to Lalamove’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of Partners personal data to facilitate the conduct of the Contest (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Lalamove’s online platforms, delivery/collection of prizes) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Lalamove’s Privacy Notice

Partners agree that Partners shall not challenge or dispute Lalamove’s decision in any manner, and that all decisions made by Lalamove in connection with the Contest shall be final and conclusive.
