1. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove, and/or redeeming Lalamove coupons or grand prizes, customers confirm that they have understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Lalamove Privacy Policy, and the LALAMOVE “Pesta Merdeka” Terms and Conditions.

2. To participate in LALAMOVE “Pesta Merdeka”, users must click on the promotional banner in the Lalamove app during the campaign period from 00:00, 3rd August 2026 to 23:59, 31st August 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). Users must fulfil any of the following missions during the Campaign Period to earn unboxing tickets and access the mystery box, subject to the ticket caps stated below:

• Place one (1) order with any vehicle type to earn two (2) unboxing tickets (for first-time users only)  up to a maximum of twelve (12) tickets per user from this mission.

• Place five (5) Car orders to earn one (1) unboxing ticket, up to a maximum of twelve (12) tickets per user from this mission.

• Place two (2) orders with 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry to earn one (1) unboxing ticket, up to a maximum of twelve (12) tickets per user from this mission.

• Place nine (9) Motorcycle orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket, up to a maximum of twelve (12) tickets per user from this mission.

• Place seven (7) Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket, up to a maximum of twelve (12) tickets per user from this mission.

• Place one (1) Ride order to earn 3 unboxing tickets, up to a maximum of twelve (12) tickets per user from this mission.

• Place four (4) Van and Lorry orders to earn 2 unboxing tickets, up to a maximum of twelve (12) tickets per user from this mission.

For the avoidance of doubt, only completed and eligible orders during the Campaign Period will be counted toward mission fulfilment, and any order may only be counted once toward a single mission, as determined by Lalamove in its sole discretion.

3. Lalamove will contact the main prize winners via email or WhatsApp number registered to their Lalamove account after the campaign ends on 31st August 2026 to arrange prize collection.

4. Main prize winners can expect to receive their prizes within fourteen (14) working days after being contacted by Lalamove, subject to successful contact and completion of any verification or delivery arrangements required by Lalamove.

5. Prizes must be claimed within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which Lalamove first attempts to contact the winner using the registered email or WhatsApp details. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in the prize being forfeited, and Lalamove shall be entitled to select an alternative winner or deal with the prize in any manner it deems appropriate.

6. Each user is eligible to win only one (1) main prize under this campaign, regardless of the number of unboxing tickets obtained.

7. If a user wins a Lalamove coupon, the user must click the “Redeem Now” button during the Campaign Period to save the coupon to their Lalamove Wallet. The coupon will normally appear under “My Rewards” within ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes after redemption.

8. The normal redemption lead time is approximately ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes. However, the actual lead time may vary depending on the user’s network service, device performance and the time required to refresh systems. Lalamove shall not be liable for any delay arising from such factors beyond its reasonable control.

9. For fourth to seventh place prizes, the value and coupon configuration of the prizes are as follows (each coupon subject to the stated validity period and cap amount):

• 4th Prize (Valid for 14 days): 

2x29% off Car deliveries, capped at RM6 each

2x29% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM36 each

1x29% off Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry delivery, capped at RM16

• 5th Prize (Valid for 14 days): 

2x26% off Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM9 each

2x26% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM29 each

• 6th Prize (Valid for 14 days):

1x16% off Car delivery, capped at RM3

1x19% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry delivery, capped at RM26

• 7th Prize (Valid for 14 days):

1x16% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry delivery, capped at RM6

10. All coupons are subject to their respective validity periods, percentage discounts, capped amounts and applicable vehicle types as stated, and may only be used for eligible services on the Lalamove platform in Malaysia, unless otherwise specified.

11. This promotion is only applicable to Lalamove non-business account users. Corporate or business accounts, and any other account types designated by Lalamove as ineligible, are excluded.

12. Coupons and prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or any other form of value.

13. The maximum number of draws per user is capped at forty-one (41) draws under this campaign, regardless of the number of missions completed or unboxing tickets obtained.

14. Lalamove may, at its sole discretion, review and verify orders, transaction records, system logs, time logs, timestamps, account activity and other relevant data related to this campaign in order to confirm eligibility and ensure that rewards are calculated and issued correctly. Where any fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or suspicious behaviour, or any activity inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, is identified, the user’s eligibility to participate in the promotion will be forfeited. Lalamove reserves the right to withdraw any grand prizes and to revise, recalculate, withhold, cancel or deduct any coupons or rewards credited or to be credited under this promotion from the user’s wallet or account, without prior notice.

15. Lalamove reserves the right to amend, update or modify the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Lalamove 2026 “Pesta Merdeka” Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the promotion after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

16. In the event the promotion cannot be carried out or must be adjusted due to force majeure, changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, system issues or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, shorten, extend or suspend the promotion at any time.

17. In case of any dispute, Lalamove’s decision shall be final and binding.
