1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove, and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupons and grand prizes, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove, as well as the LALAMOVE “Raya So Ready” Terms and Conditions.

2. Users must click on the promo banner in the Lalamove app to join LALAMOVE “Raya So Ready”. Users must fulfil any of the following missions from 00:00, 16th March 2026, to 23:59, 21st April 2026 (campaign period) to earn an unboxing ticket and access the content of the wheel.

• Place 1 order with any vehicle to earn 2 unboxing tickets for first-time users only (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

• Place 2 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

• Place 5 Car orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

• Place 7 Motorcycle orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

• Place 1 Long Haul order to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

• Place 6 Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van or Lorry orders to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

• Place 1 Ride order to earn 2 unboxing tickets (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

• Place 1 Van or Lorry order to earn 1 unboxing ticket (with the eligibility of earning up to 10 tickets only)

3. Lalamove will contact the main prize winners via email or WhatsApp number registered to their Lalamove account after the campaign ends on 21st April 2026 to arrange prize collection.

4. Main prize winners can expect to receive their prizes within 14 working days after being contacted by Lalamove.

5. Prizes must be claimed within 14 working days from the date of contact. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.

6. Each user is eligible to win only one main prize.

7. If a user wins a Lalamove coupon, they must click the “Redeem Now” button during the campaign period to save the coupon to their Lalamove Wallet. The coupon will appear under “My  Rewards” within 10–15 minutes after redemption.

8. Normal redemption lead time is around 10-15 minutes. However, the actual lead time will depend on users’ network service and the time required to refresh systems.

9. For fourth to seventh place prizes, the value of the prizes is as follows:

4th Prize (Valid for 14 days):

• 2x20% off Car deliveries, capped at RM5

• 2x20% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM28

• 3x20% off Ride order, capped at RM10

5th Prize (Valid for 14 days):

• 2x20% off Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM4

• 3x20% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM25

6th Prize (Valid for 14 days):

• 2x18% off Car deliveries, capped at RM3

• 2x20% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry deliveries, capped at RM20

7th Prize (Valid for 14 days):

• 1x18% off Car, 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry delivery, capped at RM3

• 1x15% off 4x4 Pickup, Van and Lorry delivery, capped at RM15

11. The coupon prizes do not apply for usage from 9th March 2026 to 20th March 2026.

This promotion is only applicable to Lalamove non-business account users.

12. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

13. The maximum draw per user is capped at 41 draws.

14. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the user’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove reserves the right to withdraw the grand prizes and cancel the coupons awarded  under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice.

15. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Lalamove 2026 “Raya So Ready” Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

16. Lalamove reserves the right to a final decision in case of any disputes.
