1. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove, and/or redeeming Lalamove coupons or grand prizes, customers confirm that they have understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Lalamove Privacy Policy, and the LALAMOVE “Sip, Sip, Lalamove” Terms and Conditions.

2. To participate in LALAMOVE “Sip, Sip, Lalamove”, users must fill in the Google Form from 00:00, 17th August 2026 to 23:59, 1st September 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). Users must complete and submit the official Google Form with accurate personal and contact details.

3. Successful registrants will receive a unique voucher code via email. 

4. On 1st September 2026, users must place a Lalamove pickup order during their assigned time slot.

5. This campaign runs until slots are fully redeemed. The free Tealive pickup execution date is strictly on 1st September 2026.

6. Open to all registered Lalamove users in Malaysia. Each user is entitled to a maximum of one (1) redemption throughout the campaign period.

7. The unique voucher code must be included in the "Driver Notes" section of the order. Failure to include the code will render the order ineligible for a free drink.

8. Lalamove driver partners must present the code to the participating Tealive outlet staff upon pickup.

9. Each user is eligible to redeem up to two (2) drinks under this campaign.

10. Redemption is strictly valid only at selected participating Tealive outlets.

11. Free drinks are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to daily outlet availability.

12. Lalamove may, at its sole discretion, review and verify orders, transaction records, system logs, time logs, timestamps, account activity and other relevant data related to this campaign in order to confirm eligibility and ensure that rewards are calculated and issued correctly. Where any fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or suspicious behaviour, or any activity inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, is identified, the user’s eligibility to participate in the promotion will be forfeited. Lalamove reserves the right to withdraw any grand prizes and to revise, recalculate, withhold, cancel or deduct any coupons or rewards credited or to be credited under this promotion from the user’s wallet or account, without prior notice.

13. Lalamove reserves the right to amend, update or modify the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Lalamove 2026 Sip, Sip, Lalamove” Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the promotion after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

14. In the event the promotion cannot be carried out or must be adjusted due to force majeure, changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, system issues or any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, shorten, extend or suspend the promotion at any time.

15. In case of any dispute, Lalamove’s decision shall be final and binding.

LA4DRINK Promotion

1. The promo code is valid for use on 1st September 2026 only.

2. The coupon cannot be used once it has expired.

3. The coupon code can only be redeemed once.

4. This coupon code is valid for first-time Lalamove users only.

5. The coupon is valid for Motorcycle delivery:

• 1x29% off Motorcycle delivery, capped at RM5

6. This code applies only to delivery fees and cannot be used to discount product or drink purchases.

7. This promotion is offered to the first 450 voucher redemptions on a first-come, first-served basis.  

8. Upon redemption, the coupons will be added to the wallet.

9. The coupons are non-refundable and/or non-transferable.

10. This promotion does not apply to Lalamove Ride orders.

11. Lalamove reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

12. In the event of any issues or disputes, Lalamove reserves the right to make the final decision.
