In consideration of these multiple factors, we can better serve our customers with fair pricing while helping them quickly match with a driver.
Why are we implementing Surcharge pricing?
We know how frustrating and long the wait can be when you have to make an urgent delivery. Surcharge pricing helps strike a balance between drivers and customers by automatically regulating a price to ensure that matching can be done faster. Actual delivery fees can then be significantly higher when there is a demand surplus to encourage more drivers to take the order. In the same way fees normalize when demand is lower.

Surcharge is a price adjustment model that combines distance and mileage together with a series of factors such as demand and supply balance, traffic and weather conditions, booking timing, and routing information. In consideration of these multiple factors, we can better serve our customers with fair pricing while helping them quickly match with a driver.
Why are we implementing Surcharge pricing?
We know how frustrating and long the wait can be when you have to make an urgent delivery. Surcharge pricing helps strike a balance between drivers and customers by automatically regulating a price to ensure that matching can be done faster. Actual delivery fees can then be significantly higher when there is a demand surplus to encourage more drivers to take the order. In the same way fees normalize when demand is lower.
