Tips to Secure Your Lalamove Deliveries
At Lalamove, your safety is our top priority. To protect you from potential scams and ensure your deliveries are secure, we’ve compiled essential steps to help safeguard every transaction:
TIP 1: VERIFY YOUR DRIVER'S DETAILS
Before releasing any items, confirm the driver’s profile picture, name, license plate, and contact number in the Lalamove app.
It is also advisable to confirm the identity of your driver by asking for their consent to present a valid ID.
What to Do if Driver or Vehicle Details Don’t Match:
1. Avoid handing over your items.
2. To report the issue, tap on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and select “Report Info Mismatch” to report the driver discrepancy.
3. Change your driver by tapping "Find a New Driver"
TIP 2: TAKE A PHOTO OF THE DRIVER WITH THE ITEM
Ask the driver if you can take a photo of them with the package before handing it over for prevention.
TIP 3: DOUBLE-CHECK DELIVERY DETAILS
Ensure delivery address and instructions are accurate by confirming details with your sender/recipient.
TIP 4: SAVE IMPORTANT DETAILS
Take screenshots of the driver’s info, tracking updates, and communication history for easy reference.
