Flexible Delivery Options

In a rush or looking to save, you can now choose among
Priority, Regular, or Pooling Service for your orders.
Check out these new pricing options on your next delivery!

Priority	Fastest Delivery Option Order is first to be delivered, straight to the Drop-off point.
Regular	Standard Delivery Time Normal door to door deliveries, orders may still be grouped with another order along the same route, but should still arrive within usual ETA.
Pooling	Most Affordable Option Pooling orders will be delivered together with other orders, and may arrive within 2+ hours.

Delivery time may be affected by weather condition, holidays and seasonalities.

Traffic situation may also affect arrival time, especially for 4-Wheel deliveries.

For perishable and time-sensitive deliveries, best to choose Priority.

Service Announcement Priority Delivery

To ensure the quality our service, we've implemented enhancements to further improve the quality of your Priority Orders.

You may reach out to our customer support service in-app as soon as you notice the following during your Priority Delivery:

1. Unreasonable Delay
Going off-route, making unnecessary detours, or heading to an unrelated area that causes significant delays in the Priority Delivery.

2. Uncontactable Driver
The driver fails to provide updates or becomes unreachable when contacted, especially when there are unreasonable delays.

3. Incorrect Order Status
Order is marked as "Arrived", "Unloading", or "Completed" even though the driver is still far from the drop-off point.

4. Drivers Requesting for Extra Fees to be Prioritized
Asking for an extra fee or tip to “prioritize” or “directly deliver” or "VIP" your order. Priority Delivery already comes with transparent, first to deliver and direct to drop-off pricing.
