HOW TO JOIN LALAMOVE REWARDS?

1. GET STARTED
Log in to the Lalamove App.

2. GO TO MENU
Click "Menu" on the upper left corner.

3. CLICK REWARDS
Select "Rewards" on the menu.

4. READ AND ACCEPT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Proceed by ticking off the Terms & Conditions

5. CREATE REWARDS PROGRAM ACCOUNT
Click "Join Now" for the Rewards Program to be created and to be directed to the Lalamove Rewards Page.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promo Period
The promo is valid from September 1 - September 30, 2025.

Only completed entries within this period will be considered.

Eligibility
• Open to registered Lalamove Rewards members
• Participants must have an active Lalamove account in good standing.
• Lalamove employees, affiliates, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining.

How to Join
• Each completed Ride or Delivery mission made via the Lalamove app during the promo period counts as one (1) raffle entry.
• More completed orders/missions mean more chances of winning.

Prizes
• 10 winners will each receive an ₱20,000 IKEA Gift Card. 
• Participants can also get a chance to earn up to 2,500 Lalapoints.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other items.
• Winner Selection & Announcement
• Winners will be drawn electronically for every successful mission.
• The list of winners will be announced via Lalamove’s official channels (website, social media, email).
• Winners will also be notified in-app and also to their registered Lalamove email and/or mobile number.

Prize Claiming
• Winners must present a valid government-issued ID and their registered Lalamove account details when claiming the prize.
• Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

Other Conditions
• Lalamove reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify fraudulent, invalid, or suspicious entries.
• By joining the promo, participants agree to allow Lalamove to use their name and likeness for marketing and publicity purposes without further compensation.
• Lalamove reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promo in the event of unforeseen circumstances, subject to DTI approval (if applicable).
