LALAMOVE Rewards: 3 Million LalaPoints Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing any Lalamove platform and using related services, users confirm that they have understood and agreed to accept these terms and the privacy policy;

2. This promotion is only available for individual users who have signed up as a member for the Lalamove Rewards Program (not applicable for corporate accounts). Users must register the "3 Million LalaPoints Giveaway" on the Lalamove mobile application between April 14, 2025 [00:00am] and May 4, 2024 [23:59 PM] (the "Registration Period") and successfully completed orders between April 21, 2025 [00:00am] and May 4, 2024 [23:59 PM] (the "promo period");

3. During the promotion period, a participant who completes 1 or more orders on the Lalamove mobile application can share 3 million LalaPoints depending on the number of orders completed. The more orders completed, the higher the amount of additional LalaPoints received. Each participant can potentially receive a minimum of 50 LalaPoints to a maximum of 5,000 LalaPoints;

4. The calculation of additional BONUS LalaPoints will be based on the total number of orders completed by all participants during the promotion period. A total of 3 million "POT Reward" LalaPoints will be distributed, and the additional LalaPoints received will be rounded up to the nearest whole number;

5. Lalamove will credit the additional LalaPoints to the member's account within 7-14 working days after the end of the promotion;

6. The orders mentioned in clause 2 include all delivery booking from motorcycles, Sedan, MPVs, Pick- ups,Trucks and Ride;

7. LalaPoints cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred;

8. Lalamove reserves the right to modify or terminate the above promotions, modify user terms and conditions, and these terms and conditions without prior notice;

9. Any fraudulent or abusive behavior will result in the user's disqualification from the promotion. Lalamove reserves the right to cancel the promotion in the user's account without prior notice;

10. In case of any dispute, Lalamove reserves the right of final decision.
