Terms and Conditions

1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupons, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and LALAMOVE Refer A Friend Program Terms and Conditions.
2. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
3. All coupons are valid for 14 days after the coupon is credited into the Lalamove e-wallet.
4. All coupons are invalid after 14 days and will not be reissued or renewed.
5. The referred party is entitled to a PHP 575 coupon package upon successfully signing up for a Lalamove account with the referral link. 
6. The referrer is entitled to a PHP 575 coupon package once the referred party has successfully created a Lalamove account and completed their first delivery order.
7. The delivery coupon worth PHP 575 includes:

1x PHP 100 for Sedan or 300kg MPV delivery, with a minimum spend of PHP 140
1x PHP 175 for 600kg, 800kg or Truck Delivery, with a minimum spend of PHP 320, and
1x PHP 300 for Long Distance Delivery, with a minimum spend of PHP 1,300.
 
8. Each referrer can share a unique link with unlimited parties, but the coupon package for the referrer will be forfeited if the referred party fails to complete a delivery order within 14 days after signing up for a Lalamove account with the unique link.
9. Lalamove reserves the right to use user-encoded application registration details such as email address and mobile number to notify users of any promo details and in case of claiming coupons where applicable.
10. Fraud and abuse will result in withdrawal of eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons in this promotion from the user's wallet without prior notice.
11. Lalamove reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the Refer a Friend Programme Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
12. In the event of a dispute, Lalamove reserves the right to make the final decision.
13. This promo is only applicable to Lalamove Non-Corporate users.
