Earn more on the roads with us by completing daily and weekly mission order targets.

Simply join the missions and complete the order targets within the time period to unlock mission rewards.

 

How Do I Get Started?

Join Missions
Click on the missions tab and select "Join Missions". You will need to complete the order target within the time period stated to be eligible for the mission rewards.

Complete Order Target
Once you have completed the order target, "Click on the Missions tab, and click Redeem".

Redeem Your Rewards
Congratulations! You have successfully redeemed your Missions rewards!

Mission Guidelines

 

1. Why did I not receive any missions this week?

We understand that not receiving missions can be disappointing. Our missions change every week, and so do the criteria and target group for each mission. This means that there may be instances where you might not receive any missions for a particular week.

2. Why did my completed order not count towards the mission?

a. Orders are eligible for the mission when they meet specific criteria. Please review the checklist below to understand the requirements for a completed order to count towards the mission:

1. I have joined the mission.

2. The order was created, taken, and performed during the Mission Effective Time.

3. The order was taken AFTER I have joined the mission.

4. The completed order was not flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.


b. If any of the above conditions were not fulfilled, the completed order will not be counted towards the mission.
 
c. If your orders fulfill all the items in the checklist, and you believe there has been an error, please reach out to us via info.sg@lalamove.com.
