Examples:
*Driver’s license must capture the front side showing full name and date of birth, include all 4 corners, and information must be clear.
*Vehicle registration must capture the front side showing the license plate number, include all 4 corners, and information must be clear.

5. Overexposure of document photo

6. Photo did not follow sample & guidelines

Retake your portrait photo ensuring:
*Wear appropriate clothing (with sleeves)
*Photo captures from shoulders up
*Do not take from a screen or another image
*Do not edit the photo
*Face the camera directly, with sufficient lighting, and clear (not blurry)

❌Rejected: Photo is too dark, not wearing a shirt, or not facing the camera directly

❌Rejected: Wearing sunglasses/mask/hat that covers the face, or photo is taken at an angle

✔️Accepted: Wearing appropriate clothing, front-facing portrait from shoulders up, not a screenshot or a photo taken from another image.

7. Wrong Document Type

❌ Rejected: Uploaded a vehicle registration photo at the driver’s license submission step

✔️ Valid: Uploaded the correct driver’s license document, front side captured with visible information (full name, date of birth)
