Terms and Conditions for LA30AIRSIM

1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming the relevant promotional discounts, users confirm and agree to the relevant Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove;
   
2. The promotion period is from 00:00 on December 11, 2024 to 23:59 on June 30, 2025 , based on Hong Kong time (must be used within 14 days after redeeming the coupon);
3. The relevant promotional discounts are only applicable to Lalamove’s Instant Delivery Service. Users must enter the promotion codes before placing an order to receive the coupons  under this promotion (“the coupons”);
4. The discount code has a redemption period, and will become invalid after expiration;
5. The coupons are valid for 14 days from the date of issue and expire at 23:59 on the 14th day after being issued. The coupons will be void after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;
6. Users must enter the code LA30AIRSIM before placing the order to receive coupons;
7. Each user can only redeem each digital coupon once during the promotion period;
8. New users (who have not placed any order via Lalamove) ordering via Lalamove personal accounts can enjoy 2X HKD30 digital coupon; Existing users ordering via Lalamove personal accounts can enjoy 2X HKD15 digital coupon;
9. The receiving or pick-up location must be set within the range of Hong Kong International Airport when placing the order to enjoy this offer;
10. When placing the order, please select within the range of Hong Kong International Airport for delivery or pick-up (the area marked in white on the image) to enjoy this offer.
    
11. The redemption period for coupon code LA30AIRSIM will end on June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM, and will become invalid after expiration.
12. Users must select the coupon when placing the order, and the order amount must be equal to or higher than the value of the coupon to receive the corresponding instant discount;
13. The coupons are only applicable to vehicle types including vans, 5.5-ton trucks or/and 9-ton trucks only;
14. Users can only use a maximum of one coupon per order;
15. Coupons are non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable and non-transferable;
16. Lalamove reserves the right to modify and/or terminate any offer, amend the Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice;
17. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;
18. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail;
19.  In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision;
20. These terms and conditions are subject to any prevailing regulatory requirements;
21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
