Terms and Conditions for LA30AIRSIM

1.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing any Lalamove platform, using related services, the user confirms, understands, and agrees to be bound by these terms and the privacy policy;

2.  The promotional period is from June 1, 2026, 00:00 to August 31, 2026, 23:59 (Hong Kong Time);

3.  The promotion is only applicable to instant delivery orders placed via the Lalamove mobile app or its official web version;

4.  Users must enter the relevant promotion code before placing an order to receive the digital coupons. They include: 

• • New Users (who have not placed any order via Lalamove):

    • 1 x HK$30 digital coupon, only applicable to orders with pick-up addresses within the Hong Kong International Airport ^
    • 1 x HK$30 digital coupon, only applicable to orders with drop-off addresses within the Hong Kong International Airport ^
      
    • 1 x HK$30 digital coupon, only applicable to orders with pick-up addresses within designated ports (Liantang Port, Huanggang Port, Sheung Shui Railway Station, HZMB Hong Kong Port, and West Kowloon Station) ^
    • 1 x HK$30 digital coupon, only applicable to orders with drop-off addresses within designated ports (Liantang Port, Huanggang Port, Sheung Shui Railway Station, HZMB Hong Kong Port, and West Kowloon Station)

    • 1 x HK$15 digital coupon, only applicable to orders with pick-up addresses within the Hong Kong International Airport ^

• •  ^Note: To enjoy this specific offer, users must select the Hong Kong International Airport area (within the white marker in the map below) or designated ports (within the blue marker in the map below) as the pick-up or drop-off point. 

5. Each user can only redeem the digital coupons once;

6.  The coupons are valid for 14 days in the digital wallet section of the app from the date of issuance. The validity period expires at 23:59 on the 14th day after redemption. Expired coupons will be voided and will not be reissued or extended;

7. Users must select and apply the coupon when placing an order to immediately enjoy the corresponding discount. The order amount must be equal to or higher than the coupon value;

8.  The coupons are only applicable to the designated vehicle types as specified;

9.  Each user can only use one coupon per order;

10. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred;

11. Lalamove reserves the right to modify or terminate the above promotion, modify user terms and conditions, and these terms and conditions without prior notice;

12. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour will lead to the user's disqualification from participating in the promotion. Lalamove reserves the right to cancel coupons in a user's account without prior notice;

13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail;

14. In case of any dispute, Lalamove reserves the right of final decision;

15. These terms and conditions are subject to the relevant requirements of current regulations;

16. These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
