1. Campaign Period

1.1 Qualifying Period: The qualifying period commences on 1 February 2026 and ends on 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Qualifying Period”).

1.2 Sustain Period: The subsidy sustain period commences on 1 April 2026 and ends on 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Sustain Period”).

1.3 Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This campaign (“Campaign”) is open only to delivery partners (“Drivers”) who: (a) are registered and active drivers on the Lalamove platform in Singapore during the Qualifying Period; (b) meet any minimum activity or performance criteria as may be determined by Lalamove from time to time; (c) are eligible for NTUC membership in accordance with NTUC and NDCA’s prevailing rules and requirements; and (d) comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 The Campaign is limited to one (1) NTUC membership subsidy per eligible Driver.

2.3 Employees of Lalamove, its related corporations, and immediate family members are not eligible unless otherwise expressly stated.

3. Campaign Mechanics

3.1 Eligible Drivers who satisfy the requirements during the Qualifying Period may be entitled to receive a subsidy towards their NTUC membership fee (“Subsidy”), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 The Subsidy:

(a) applies solely to NTUC membership fees;

(b) does not include any optional add-ons, insurance products, or benefits offered by NTUC unless expressly stated; and

(c) is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.

3.3 The amount, structure, and method of disbursement of the Subsidy (including whether it is paid directly, reimbursed, or credited) shall be determined by Lalamove in its sole discretion and may be subject to additional terms imposed by NTUC and/or NDCA.

4. Sustain Conditions

4.1 To continue receiving the Subsidy during the Sustain Period, Drivers must:

(a) remain an active driver on the Lalamove platform;

(b) continue to satisfy any minimum activity or eligibility criteria communicated by Lalamove; and

(c) maintain a valid NTUC membership throughout the Sustain Period.

4.2 Failure to meet any sustain condition may result in the suspension or cessation of the Subsidy without prior notice.

5. Disqualification and Recovery

5.1 Lalamove reserves the right to disqualify any Driver who:

(a) provides false, misleading, or incomplete information;

(b) engages in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious conduct; or

(c) breaches these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or platform policies.

5.2 In the event of disqualification, Lalamove reserves the right to:

(a) withhold any unpaid Subsidy; and/or

(b) recover any Subsidy already provided, to the extent permitted by law.

6. NTUC and NDCA Relationship

6.1 NTUC membership is administered solely by NTUC and/or NDCA. Lalamove does not control and is not responsible for:

(a) NTUC membership approval, rejection, suspension, or termination; or

(b) any benefits, services, or representations made by NTUC or NDCA.

6.2 Any disputes relating to NTUC membership shall be resolved directly between the Driver and NTUC or NDCA.

7. Personal Data

7.1 By participating in the Campaign, Drivers consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by Lalamove for purposes including:

(a) administering the Campaign;

(b) verifying eligibility; and

(c) sharing necessary information with NTUC and/or NDCA for Campaign-related purposes.

7.2 All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and Lalamove’s Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lalamove shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with:

(a) participation in the Campaign;

(b) NTUC membership or benefits; or

(c) any suspension, modification, or termination of the Campaign.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

9. Amendments and Termination

9.1 Lalamove reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

9.2 Continued participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of any amended Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

10.2 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. General

11.1 Lalamove’s decisions regarding the Campaign are final and binding, subject to applicable laws.

11.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force an
