HOW TO JOIN? 

(Power Rewards start every Tuesday, and ends Monday the following week at 11:59 pm)

1. Click the Carousel Banner

Without clicking the banner, your orders will not be counted.

2. Book 5 completed orders within the week

No promo codes needed to register these orders

3. Check your order count

For each completed order, your order count should be increasing until you see 5/5

4. Click the Gift Box to claim

Once you are able to hit 5/5, you have unlocked the reward. Click the gift box and claim your coupon pack.

Coupon packs are unlocked right after your 5th order. Kindly wait for 10-15 minutes for the correct order count to reflect in the app to unlock your reward.

5. Redeem to save the coupons to your wallet

Click "Redeem Now" and the coupons will be automatically credited to your Wallet. You will receive the following coupons:
₱125 Off 4-Wheel Coupon
₱25 Off x 3 Motorcycle Coupons

If you don't see the "Congratulations", your coupons have not been successfully added to your wallet.

6. Coupon validity

The ₱75 Off x 2 4-Wheel Coupon is valid within 14 days from the day you claimed it from the Gift Box. The ₱25 Off x 2 Motorcycle Coupon is valid within 7 days from the day you claimed it from the Gift Box.

7. Don't forget to claim your Coupon Pack by MONDAY

Claim the Coupon Pack any time after you complete your 5th order, but you only have until (Monday, 11:59 pm) to click the box if you are qualified.

• WHEN SHOULD I CLICK THE BANNER TO REGISTER MY ORDERS?
Click the banner as early as Tuesday to ensure all your orders are captured.

• HOW DOES THE APP COUNT MY 5 ORDERS IF I HAVE MULTIPLE LALAMOVE ACCOUNTS?
User must hit 5 orders per Lalamove ID/Account.

• WHEN CAN I CLAIM MY REWARD AFTER 5 ORDERS?
The coupon pack should be accessible through the gift box once you complete 5 orders.
There's a possible 10-15 min lag once you complete your last order, but the coupon pack should be available automatically.

• WHAT HAPPENS TO MY REWARD IF I AM NOT ABLE TO CLAIM IT BY MONDAY?
The gift box is refreshed every Tuesday for a new promo period.
Make sure to claim by Monday 11:59 pm otherwise you won't be able to claim your reward.
The only other reason for you not to receive your reward is if the available coupon packs have reached their limit.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove, and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and Lalamove's Power Reward Coupon Code Terms and Conditions;

2. Users must click on the landing page to join Power Reward and complete 5 orders from Tuesday, 00:00 to Monday, 23:59 (promo period) and click the “Redeem Now” button within the campaign period to be granted the reward(s). The reward(s) will be ready for redemption 10-15 minutes after the final order is completed;

3. Eligible order completion must be made after a user successfully clicks on the landing page;

4. Normal redemption lead-time is around 10-15 minutes, However, the actual lead time will depend on users’ network service and system refreshing time;

5. Each customer can redeem Lalamove's Power Reward once during the campaign period;

6. Power Reward consists of one coupon pack of P25x2 discount coupons for motorcycles and P75x2 discount coupons for 4-wheel vehicles which are applicable to Sedans (200 KG), MPV (300 KG/600 KG), and Trucks (1000KG /2000KG);

7. The P75 off x 2 coupon will be valid for 14 days and 7 days for P25 off x 2 coupons from the day of coupon issuance. The coupons will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;

8. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable;

9. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;

10. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Lalamove's Power Reward Coupon Code Terms and Conditions without prior notice;

11. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision.
