Any limitation on the types and weight of goods/package?

For same-day delivery, the maximum weight allowed is 15 kg, and the total dimension of the package (length + width + height) cannot exceed 120 cm. This service is not applicable to fresh food, flower bouquets, or goods that require temperature control.

Any limitation on pick-up/drop-off areas?

The service operates in districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

Does the service operate as usual on weekends and public holidays?
The service is only available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
For example, if an order is placed after 1 pm on Saturday, the system will automatically schedule the pickup and delivery to the next working day.
Any information I have to indicate on the package?

Before package pick-up, please indicate relevant waybill information (order number, recipient name, delivery address, and recipient's contact number) on the package.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, you will not be able to edit the order.

Before the 1 pm cut-off time, you can cancel the order on the app and receive a full refund.

After the 1 pm cut-off time, you have to contact Lalamove's customer service to cancel the order, and no refund will be provided.

1. The Same Day Delivery Service (hereinafter “the service”) operates in districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

2. The service only includes orders with a total weight of 15 kilograms or less and a combined length, width, and height of less than 120 centimeters.

 

3. If the driver finds that the size or weight of the goods exceeds the limit during pickup, Lalamove will not provide the service and reserves the right to charge for the order.

 

4. If the customer needs to cancel or change any orders after the cut-off time (13:00), no refund will be given.

 

5. Each time the driver arrives to pick up the goods, the customer will have 15 minutes of free waiting time. Any waiting time of 15 minutes or more will be considered a cancellation, and the customer will not receive a refund.

 

6. This plan only includes a single attempt of delivery. If the delivery fails and the customer requests to return the package to the sender's address, the customer must place a new order and pay the corresponding return delivery fee.

 

7. If the customer chooses to make a second delivery attempt after the first failed attempt of delivery, the customer must place a new order and pay for the second delivery attempt.

 

8. Lalamove is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods caused by 1. packaging issues; 2. goods containing fresh food, bouquets, and temperature-controlled items.

 

9. Lalamove reserves the right to adjust terms and pricing without notice, In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right of final decision.
