Does the service operate as usual on weekends and public holidays?

The service is only available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
For example, if an order is placed after 1 pm on Saturday, the system will automatically schedule the pickup and delivery to the next working day.

Any limitation on the types and weight of goods/package?

With Same Day Delivery, you can deliver no more than 1 piece of goods per order; the maximum weight allowed is 20 kg, and the total dimension of the package (length + width + height) cannot exceed 180 cm. This service is not applicable to fresh food, flower bouquets, or goods that require temperature control.

Any limitation on pick-up/drop-off areas?

The service operates in districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

A $20 surcharge will apply on orders to and from the below remote areas: Tung Chung, Nim Wan, Pak Nai, Lung Kwu Tan, Tsim Bei Tsui, Kwu Tung, Ping Che, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Bride's Pool, Tai Mei Tuk, Shap Sze Heung, Tai Mong Tsai, Sai Kung, Ho Chung, Kowloon Peak, Tseng Lan Shue, Tai Au Mun, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O, Silverstrand Beach, Siu Ho Wan, Disneyland, Sam Mun Tsai, Airport, Deep Water Bay, Tai Tam, Repulse Bay, Stanley, Chung Hom Kok, Sha Tau Kok, Shek O, Cape D'Aguilar, Lau Fau Shan, AsiaWorld Expo, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Tate's Cairn, Mount Davis, Peak, Pok Fu Lam, Cyberport, Ap Lei Chau, Wong Chuk Hang, River Trade Terminal, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, LOHAS Park, Aberdeen.

Any information I have to indicate on the package?

Before package pick-up, please indicate relevant waybill information (order number, recipient name, delivery address, and recipient's contact number) on the package.

Please put the label "Fragile" on any parcels with fragile items.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, you will not be able to edit the order.

Before the 1 pm cut-off time, you can cancel the order on the app and receive a full refund.

After the 1 pm cut-off time, you have to contact Lalamove's customer service to cancel the order, and no refund will be provided.

What is the arrangement under extreme weather signals?

Once Black Rainstorm Signal, No.8 Gale or Storm Signals or stronger tropical cyclone signals is in force, all Same Day Delivery orders will be cancelled for the day; if the aforementioned signals take effect after the parcel is picked up, the concerned orders will be automatically postponed to the next business day for delivery.

The Same Day Delivery Service (hereinafter “the Service”) operates in districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

Door-to-door delivery is not available in the following locations:
1. Government premises (including but not limited to government offices, police stations), hospitals, and funeral homes: If necessary, senders (or recipients) are required to meet at the entrance for delivery.
2. For certain addresses, delivery should take place at a location on which both drivers and senders (or recipients) agreed. For example, in buildings without elevators, delivery will be made on the ground floor; and for village houses, delivery will be made at the village entrance, archway, or at a location mutually agreed by drivers and senders (or recipients).
3. If the pick-up/drop-off location is inaccessible by direct vehicle access, the driver will arrange for delivery at a safe roadside spot.
The Service can only deliver no more than one piece of goods per order; The total weight of each piece of goods must be less than 20 kg and the combined length, width and height of each piece of goods must be less than 180 cm. The Service is not applicable to fresh food, flower bouquets, or goods that require temperature control;
The pricing scheme of the Service:
1. For goods weighing between 0.1 and 10 kg, and with a total length, width, and height below 120 cm, the fee is HK$55;
2. For goods weighing between 10.1 and 20 kg, and with a total length, width, and height below 180 cm, the fee is HK$65;
The minimum order quantity for each pick-up is set at 3 orders. In the case of bulk collections falling below the minimum order quantity of 3, the order may be subject to cancellation without prior notification;
If the driver finds that the size or weight of the goods exceeds the limit during pickup, Lalamove will not provide the service and reserves the right to charge for the order;
If the customer needs to cancel or change any orders after the cut-off time (13:00), no refund will be given;
The Service does not allow customers to specify pickup or delivery times;
Each time the driver arrives to pick up the goods, the customer will have 15 minutes of free waiting time. Any waiting time of 15 minutes or more will be considered a cancellation, and the customer will not receive a refund.
The Service only includes a single attempt of delivery. If the delivery fails and the customer requests to return the package to the sender's address, the customer must place a new order and pay the corresponding return delivery fee.
If the customer chooses to make a second delivery attempt after the first failed attempt of delivery, the customer must place a new order and pay for the second delivery attempt.
Lalamove is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods caused by
1. packaging issues;
2. goods containing fresh food, flower bouquets, and temperature-controlled items;
3. Fragile items without any "Fragile" labels affixed
Lalamove reserves the right to reject orders that have an incorrect, incomplete, or improperly labeled recipient's address or contact number. Additionally, in the event that the delivery address remains unattended during the designated Lalamove delivery window, regardless of the reason, which prevents Lalamove from successfully completing the delivery, claims for compensation due to delivery delays under such circumstances will not be accepted;
When shipping alcoholic beverages, please ensure that the outer packaging is prominently labeled as "Alcoholic Beverages" and declare it in the "Customer Remarks" section when placing the order. Alcoholic beverages must be received and signed for by an individual aged 18 or above. The driver may ask for age verification from the recipient. If the recipient fails to provide proof of being 18 or above, the driver reserves the right to decline delivery and additional fees may apply for subsequent delivery attempts;
The Service does not provide proof-of-delivery (POD) or signed receipts.
All coupons are not applicable to The Service.
Once Black Rainstorm Signal, No.8 Gale or Storm Signals or stronger tropical cyclone signals is in force, all Same Day Delivery orders will be cancelled for the day; if the aforementioned signals take effect after the parcel is picked up, the concerned orders will be automatically postponed to the next business day for delivery.
Lalamove reserves the right to adjust terms and pricing without notice, In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right of final decision.
