Service quality is an overall understanding of your level of compliance to our Community Guidelines. A low service quality level may affect your experience on the platform.
What is the difference between Service Quality levels and User ratings?

A low service quality level may affect your experience on the platform.
How do I improve my service quality level?
Service quality is an overall understanding of your level of compliance to Community Guidelines. You can improve your service quality level by completing more orders whilst adhering to our Community Guidelines.
What happens when I'm suspended or banned?
If your account is suspended or banned, you will experience limitations to your account access, such as restrictions on taking orders and cashing out.

Your access to the features will be restored upon the completion of the suspension period indicated within the app.

If your account is banned, you will lose access to the features permanently.
How can I request a review if my service quality level has been negatively affected?
You can request a review through the Driver App and our team will review the evidence as soon as possible.
