Pooling comes at a lower price, so it’s important not to expect Priority-level speed when you choose it.

2. Delivery vs Ride Confusion
Uh-oh! This one happens more often than you think!
If you’re trying to get from Point A to Point B, delivery isn’t the right option. Drivers accepting delivery orders are prepared to transport goods, not passengers.
Good news, though!
Lalamove now offers Ride services in the Klang Valley. So next time you need a quick ride to a meeting or appointment, just switch to Ride in the app and book your trip there.

3. Door-to-Door Convenience
Door-to-door service means exactly what it sounds like:
Drivers will deliver items right to your doorstep, office floor or even inside your premises.
If this option isn’t selected, drivers are not obligated to carry items all the way in, especially for large or bulky deliveries.
If you need extra help, be sure to select door-to-door service when placing your order.
A little consideration goes a long way for everyone involved.
4. Driver Communication
The Lalamove app features an in-app chat designed to facilitate easy and efficient communication.
