What do I need to bring for my sticker installation?
1. P.A. or CPC for Truck for Hire Permit from LTFRB
2. Your Lalamove-registered vehicle
3. Authorization letter if the operator is not available to sign the contract.
How long will the sticker installation take?
• 30 minutes for 200kg, 300kg, 600kg & 1,000kg
• 1 hour for 2,000kg, 3,000kg & 12,000kg

I already have a sticker installed. How do I get my benefits?
To be qualified, make sure you have 1 completed order in 30 days and you'll receive your benefit the next month within its first week via wallet credits.

Can I remove the Lalamove sticker on my vehicle?
We do not recommend sticker removal, nor do we offer sticker removal services to delivery partners.
Can I claim any damages due to sticker removal?
We will not take responsibility for any damage to vehicles during sticker removal.

What is a Lalakit? Why should I buy them?
Lalamove offers a wide range of merchandise to its Partner Drivers to make their delivery experience easy and world-class! Together, these items are referred to as the Lalakit! To purchase an item, check out the latest offerings in your Driver App in the Lalakit module
How should I pay for the items?
The payment instructions will be shared with you after you book a schedule to pick up your Lalakit.
To book a schedule, (1) go to your Driver App, (2) click your profile, (3) click Lalakit, then (4) select the location and date of pick-up.For Partner Drivers in Cebu, you may contact the following:

My Lalabag is torn. Can I exchange it for another one?
If the quality of your Lalabag is tagged as "bad" based on the monthly bag checks, you may purchase a new one but you have to pay the remaining rental payments (15 months worth), plus the cost of the bag.
