Lalamove 2023 FTU 30-Day Challenge

Terms and Conditions:

1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the LALAMOVE platform, using any of the services provided by LALAMOVE and/or redeeming LALAMOVE's coupon code, users confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of LALAMOVE and “LALAMOVE 30 Day Challenge” (“Campaign”) Terms and Conditions;
 
2. Users must log in to their LALAMOVE personal account and click on the designated Campaign page of “LALAMOVE 30 Day Challenge” in LALAMOVE applications (“App”) first to participate in the Campaign. By completing each mission listed on the Campaign page, from "the day after user completes 1st order to "30 days after the day after user completed 1st order"  (“Campaign Period”), users will be granted a designated reward by designated mission during the Campaign period. The missions are:

1. Entitled to all users: 
   1. Check in the in-app Campaign page during the Campaign period (Check in for 1 time to earn a maximum of 1 reward);
   2. Complete 2 orders during the Campaign period, no restrictions on the order value or service type
   3. Complete 6 orders during the Campaign period, no restrictions on the order value or service type
   4. Top up the wallet with $300*  (*based on the total transaction of $300 top up)
   
   
2. Entitled to users who never top up the wallet:
   1. Top up the app wallet for the first time 
   
   
3. Entitled to users who never completed any Courier order:
   1. Complete the user's first Courier order during the Campaign period;
   
   
4. Entitled to users who never completed any Car & MPV order:
   1. Complete the user's first Car & MPV order during the Campaign period 
   
   
5. Entitled to users who never completed any Van & Lorry order:
   1. Complete the user's first Van & Lorry order during the Campaign period 

*The first order placed by a user will be considered as completing missions (a2), (a3), (a4), (c), (d), and (e).

4. Below terms and conditions apply to the LALAMOVE Coupons in all the prizes:

1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the LALAMOVE platform, using any of the services provided by LALAMOVE, and/or redeeming the coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of LALAMOVE and the Coupon Code Terms and Conditions;
2. The coupon will be valid for 14 days from the day of coupon issuance, and end at 23:59 on the 14th day upon receiving the coupon(s). The coupon(s) will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;
3. Coupons are not applicable on 14 May 2023;
4. Offers are only applicable for personal account placing orders placed through the LALAMOVE mobile application and website;
5. Users must choose the coupon when placing the order, to enjoy the instant discount;
6. Each coupon has a maximum deduction amount, and the discount only applies to the base fare of the order, excluding additional charges;
7. Restrictions may apply when applying coupons;
8. Only one coupon can be used per order;
9. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable;
10. Fraudulent and abusive conduct may result in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. LALAMOVE reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet and the right to cancel the relevant users' eligibility under this campaign without prior notice;
11. In case of any disputes, LALAMOVE reserves the right for the final decision;
12. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
