This means when you use Drive lah, you are requesting to rent a car from an individual car owner with unused car hours, which makes rentals on Drive lah 30-40% cheaper than traditional rental companies. All trips will be comprehensively insured for the host's and guest's peace of mind.

No. When selecting a car, there is a special filter called "Deliveries of goods permitted" that you can use for cars eligible to be rented by Lalamove drivers.
No. You may rent a car hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or for long term. Discounts may also be provided with longer weekly/monthly/long term rental.
Yes. All trips are comprehensively insured, which means full cover for 3rd party damages (people & property), and includes damages to the rental car and theft, and any injuries.
A pre-authorisation charge is taken to ensure that any additional charges arising out of your trip in the form of incidentals can be appropriately settled and host compensated for. The pre-authorisation is temporary and will be released from our end 24 hours after the trip has ended. Once a guest completes three trips, they won't be required a pre-authorisation unless they have had a dispute.
