Additional Charges

Waiting fee	Distance based	1,500 JPY / 30 mins	Waiting time charges will be incurred when the waiting time exceeds 10 minutes at both the pickup and delivery locations.
Loading and Unloading fee	Distance based Hourly based	- Less than 1 hour: 1,500 JPY - More than 1 hour: 2,250 JPY	If the destination for pickup or delivery is on the first floor or in a building equipped with an elevator, the volume of the items is small, and loading and unloading of the delivery vehicle can be completed in 10 minutes or less, the work will be performed free of charge. However, if you have a large amount of items that require more than 10 minutes to load or unload, or if the pickup or delivery is made to a second floor or higher without an elevator, a loading/unloading fee will be charged.
Extra Hour fee	Hourly based	2,000 JPY / 1 hour	If the actual delivery time is longer than the scheduled time when using a time-based charter, an additional time fee will be charged.

Parking Fee	Distance based Hourly based	Actual Cost	In the case that parking space is not available due to road conditions at the pickup and delivery destinations, as well as parking time required for waiting and loading/unloading packages, parking may be arranged at the decision of the delivery partner. Parking fees are based on actual costs and will be invoiced by the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Late Night/Early Morning Surcharge	Distance-based, Hourly-based	2,500 yen	For late-night or early-morning pickups (if the pickup time is specified between 12:00 AM and 4:59 AM), 2,500JPY of surcharge will be added to the distance or time-based fare.
