Lalamove Business Premium Service Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to the Lalamove Business Premium service ("Business Premium" or "the Service"), you ("Subscriber" or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions made by Lalamove ("Lalamove," "We," "Us," or "Our") concerning the Service and this Agreement shall be final and conclusive.

  • Acceptance of Terms - By subscribing to the Business Premium Service, you formally accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your subscription constitutes a binding legal agreement.

  • General Terms & Conditions - In addition to these specific terms and conditions governing the Lalamove Business Premium service, all your activities and general usage of the broader Lalamove platform—including but not limited to placing standard orders, interacting with drivers, and general account management—remain subject to the standard General Terms and Conditions listed on our official website at [www.lalamove.com]. By subscribing to Business Premium, you acknowledge and agree that these General Terms and Conditions apply concurrently with this Agreement, forming a comprehensive framework for your entire engagement with Lalamove.

  • Service Description and Subscription Plans - Lalamove Business Premium offers enhanced features and services (detailed business solution page) designed to optimize your usage on the Lalamove platform. We provide various subscription plans, each with distinct features, durations, and pricing structures, as detailed on our platform or in your account details. By subscribing, you expressly agree to the specific terms, features, and limitations associated with that subscription plan.

  • Subscription Fee - The subscription fee for Business Premium will be calculated based on 10% of the delivery fee for each transaction facilitated through the platform. The delivery fee itself will be determined by the specific logistics services rendered or products provided as part of your use of the Lalamove platform.

  • Payment Methods - The subscription fee for each transaction will be automatically settled using the same payment method that you have selected for that specific delivery order. By proceeding with a Business Premium enabled delivery, you authorize Lalamove to charge this combined amount to your chosen payment method.

  • Non-Refundable - All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of your usage level or cancellation during a billing cycle.

  • Pricing Changes - Lalamove reserves the right to modify the pricing for the Business Premium Service. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you via email with reasonable prior notice (e.g., 30 days) before they take effect.

  • Cancellation by Subscriber - You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lalamove account settings. Upon cancellation, the Business Premium service will remain active until the cancellation request takes effective. No refunds will be provided for any premium charges before cancellation completes.

  • Account Information and Security - You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of your account information, including contact details, payment information, and any credentials. You must promptly notify Lalamove of any changes or inaccuracies in your account details, or any unauthorized use of your account. Lalamove is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

  • Usage and Restrictions - The Business Premium subscription is provided solely for your internal business use and may not be shared, sublicensed, resold, or distributed to any third party. You agree not to engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited use of the Service, including but not limited to:

    • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

    • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.

    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

    • Using the Service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material.

  • Service Availability and Limitations - While Lalamove strives to provide continuous and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Business Premium service will be entirely error-free or available without interruption at all times. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, limit, or restrict access to the Service for reasons including, but not limited to, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, upgrades, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Lalamove shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the Service.

  • Amendments to Terms - Lalamove reserves the sole and absolute right to update, amend, withdraw, and/or alter any part or the whole of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our platform or notifying you directly. Your continued use of the Business Premium Service after such changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Termination - Lalamove reserves the sole and absolute right to terminate your Business Premium subscription and access to the Service without prior notification, at our discretion, for any reason deemed appropriate, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of fees.
