1.  Eligibility:

• Open to all Lalamove users (new and existing) that is a Lalamove Rewards member
• Only completed Ride bookings are counted. Cancelled or failed orders are not eligible.
• Lalamove users must complete a ride within the given duration.

2. Promo Duration:

• Promo runs from August 3-31, 2025, unless extended or terminated by Lalamove.

3. Free ₱1,300 Coupon:

•  Users who complete 3 qualified Car rides will receive a ₱1,300 coupon via the Lalamove app will automatically will receive the free coupon.
•  The coupon is valid for one-time use only and cannot be split across multiple orders.
•  Coupon validity is 7 Days  from the date of issuance.
• The coupon is non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.

4. General Conditions:

•  Lalamove reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, suspicious, or bulk account activity.
• Lalamove reserves the right to amend or terminate the promo without prior notice.
•  In case of disputes, Lalamove’s decision shall be final.

1.  This offer is valid from 1 August 2025 to 31 August 2025;

2. The coupon is valid only for fares of ₱300 or higher;

3. The coupon can only be used once; Coupons are only applicable for orders placed through the Lalamove mobile application;

4. Customers can redeem the coupon by entering coupon code in the in-app Wallet on or before placing order, Members can click 'Add To Wallet' to add the coupons;

5. The coupon is valid to add in "My Wallet" until 23:59 of 30 September 2025; 

6. The coupon is valid for 14 days from the day the coupon added to "My Wallet", and ends at 23:59 after 14 days upon receiving the coupon. The coupon will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;

7. Customers must select the relevant coupons when placing the order, to enjoy the instant discount. For example, if the total fare is ₱450, customers can select a ₱40 coupon and enjoy a ₱40 instant discount;

8. The coupon offers a discount of ₱200 for Ride specified (Not Delivery) on the coupon;

9. Customers can only use one coupon per order;

10. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;

11. Lalamove reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice;

12. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;

13. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision;

14. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements;

15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the Philippines laws;

16. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming the coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and the Coupon Code Terms and Conditions;

17. The Rewards, once redeemed, cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled, and the LalaPoints involved will be deducted immediately from the Lalamove Rewards Program Account.

3. During the promotion period, a member can enjoy triple LalaPoints on every "Ride" order;

4. Lalamove will credit the additional LalaPoints to the member's account within 7-14 working days after the end 
of the promotion;

5. LalaPoints cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred;

6. Lalamove reserves the right to modify or terminate the above promotions, modify user terms and conditions, 
and these terms and conditions without prior notice;

7. Any fraudulent or abusive behavior will result in the user's disqualification from the promotion. Lalamove reserves the right to cancel the promotion in the user's account without prior notice;

8. In case of any dispute, Lalamove reserves the right of final decision.
