Lalamove Security Deposit Notice
The security deposit ensures the rights of driver partners committed to partnering with Lalamove based on our shared values. As an on-demand services intermediary platform, we offer flexibility for driver partners to generate income, seeking those who contribute to our vision and support the expansion of the customer base with dedication and excellence.
Lalamove reserves the right to withhold the deposit payment in cases of suspected fraud and/or fraud or any violation or suspecious violation of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or the Community Guidelines, in addition to applying other appropriate consequences. Failure to comply with any rule may result in the loss of access to the Lalamove platform and/or other appropriate measures, as applicable.
By adhering to these guidelines, we ensure a safe and enjoyable platform for both clients and driver partners.

Security Deposit usage (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte):
- The Security Deposit is to secure the mutual benefit between driver partners and the platform.- The Security Deposit does not serve as commission or membership fee; it can be served as other purpose upon agreement.- The Security Deposit contract commences upon driver signature date and is valid until mutual termination by Lalamove and the signed party.- Driver partners must pay a full amount of security deposit before verification. Each driver partner (verified driver account) is required to submit the Security Deposit once only.- If driver partners have not made a security deposit into our platform, driver partners will be blocked from taking orders and changing vehicles. Driver partners will automatically be switched to off-duty to prevent pushes. - Amount:
- Driver partners should check the application for the current amounts of the Security Deposit, as they may vary over time. All active driver partner accounts should have a minimum security deposit in his/her account; Any account with an amount below will be frozen or deactivated.

Refund:- You will be entitled to request a refund of your deposit upon the termination of your Delivery Partner Account subject to the terms in this policy. Processing of payment would take 30 working days for a full refund.
