1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and "LALA Coupon Scrambling Contest" Terms and Conditions;

2. Users must click on the designated page of "LALA Coupon Scrambling Contest" and complete the selected missions in the designated campaign week from 12 May, 2023 00:00 to 1 June, 2023 23:59 (campaign period) and click the “Claim Prize” button within the campaign week to be granted the coupon(s). The coupon(s) will be ready for redemption 10-15 minutes after the final order is completed;

Missions and prizes include:

(1) All users who enter the event page "LALA Coupon Scrambling Contest" and click "Check in" will get a HK$5 coupon. Users can participate in the mission 1 time during the campaign

(2) All users who "complete first van/ truck order" will get a 30% off coupon. Users can participate in the mission 1 time during the campaign

(3) All users who "complete first order" will get a 30% off coupon. Users can participate in the mission 1 time during the campaign.

(4) Designated users who "complete 1 order" will get a HK$ 15 coupon.

(5) Designated users who "complete 3 order" will get a HK$ 15 coupon.

(6) All users who "complete 6 order" will get HK$ 15 coupon x 2 .

(7) All users who "complete 9 order" will get HK$ 15 coupon x 3 .

6. The coupon will be valid for 14 days. The coupon(s) will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;

10. Coupon(s) are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;

11. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupon(s) awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;

12.Lalamove reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and "LALA Coupon Scrambling Contest" Terms and Conditions without prior notice;

13. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail;

14. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision;

15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements; 16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
