We hope every order is a great experience with Lalamove. But on the occasions when a driver goes above and beyond👩🏻👨🏻, you now have a greater chance to match with them on your future orders.

Simply add them to your Favourite Drivers List by clicking the in-app prompt once the order has been completed. The drivers in your Favourite Drivers List will be notified first when you place orders.

If you missed the notification meesage, go to 'My Drivers' in the main menu at anytime and add a favourite driver by inputting their mobile number.

How to create a Favourite Drivers list

Rate your driver after the order has been completed

Drivers with a Four or Five Star rating can be added to your "Favourite Drivers" list

Or go to App menu and select 'My Drivers'

Enter the driver's mobile phone number to add them as a Favourite Driver

Turn on "Favourite Drivers First' when you place an order
