1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and "Let's Lalamove it & Support SMEs" Terms and Conditions;

2. Users must click on the designated page of "Let's Lalamove it & Support SMEs" and complete the selected missions in the designated campaign week from 28 March, 2022 00:00 to 10 April, 2022 23:59 (campaign period) and click the “Open now” button within the campaign week to be granted the coupon(s). The coupon(s) will be ready for redemption 10-15 minutes after the final order is completed;
      Missions include:
      a. Complete 2 x orders to get 1 x ticket in order to unbox the gift. The gift contains a HK$10 coupon and a HK$20 coupon. Users can participate in the mission 10 times maximum during the campaign, earning a total of HK$300 coupons.

     d. The coupon will be distributed through SMS within 14 working days upon the end of the campaign. 3. Eligible missions completion must be made after a user successfully clicks on the designated page of  "Let's Lalamove it & Support SMEs";

4. Normal redemption lead-time is around 10-15 minutes, However, the actual lead time will depend on users’ network service and system refreshing time;

5. Orders must be completed during the designated weeks in the campaign period to be granted the coupon(s):

6. The coupon will be valid until 12 April, 2022 23:59. The coupon(s) will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;

7. The HK$10 coupon is applicable to courier services including walker, motorcycle; the HK$20 coupon is applicable to van, 5.5 ton and 9 ton trucks;

8. Customers must choose one of the HK$10 or HK$20 coupon(s) in the designated package when placing the order, to enjoy the instant discount.

9. Customers can only use one coupon per order;

10. Coupon(s) are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;

11. The expiry date of YATA Supermarket $50 cash coupon is 30th April 2022; The expiry date of Green Common $50 cash coupon is 1st May 2022; The expiry date of Rias Coffee $50 cash coupon is 31st May 2022, applies to online order of coffee bean products only;

12. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupon(s) awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;

13.Lalamove reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and "Let's Lalamove it & Support SMEs" Terms and Conditions without prior notice;

14. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail;

15. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision;

16. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements;

17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
