1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the LALAMOVE platform, using any of the services provided by LALAMOVE and/or redeeming LALAMOVE's coupon code, users confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of LALAMOVE and “LALAMOVE 2022 Lucky Draw” (“Campaign”) Terms and Conditions;
2. Users must click on the designated Campaign page of “LALAMOVE 2022 Lucky Draw” in LALAMOVE applications (“app”) to participate in the Campaign. By completing each mission listed on the Campaign page, from January 8, 2022 00:00 to January 28, 2022 23:59 (“Campaign period”), users will be granted a chance for instant-win lucky draw during the Campaign period. The 4 kinds of mission are:
a. Entitled all users: Check in the in-app Campaign page during the Campaign period (Check in for 1 time to earn maximum 1 entry of instant-win lucky draw);
b. Entitled to all users: Complete orders during the Campaign period, no restrictions on the order value or service type (Compete 1 order for 1 entry of instant-win lucky draw, each user can earn maximum 20 entries);
c. Entitled to new users: Complete new user first order during the Campaign period (user can earn 1 entry of instant-win lucky draw); and
d. Entitled to users who never top up the wallet: Top up the app wallet for the first time, while the minimum amount of wallet top up is HK$150 (user can earn 1 entry of instant-win lucky draw).
3. Number of lucky draw entries will be shown on the in-app Campaign page upon each mission completion. Eligible users must click on the designated button in the Campaign page to perform a draw. Each click constitutes 1 draw and entitles to 1 prize. Prize for each draw will be instantly announced to the users on the Campaign page;
4. Eligible users can have more than 1 entry to win the following prizes:
- Grand Prize x 1 winner: iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB (Value: HK$9,299/each) & LALAMOVE Coupon (Value: 50% OFF/each)

5. Style, version and colour of the prizes will be randomly allocated, all prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other products. Winners must comply with the terms and conditions by the product suppliers of prizes. LALAMOVE shall not be liable or responsible for any consequences, loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of the participants' receiving and using the prizes;
6. Below terms and conditions apply to the Fourth to Sixth prizes:
(1) Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the LALAMOVE platform, using any of the services provided by LALAMOVE and/or redeeming the coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of LALAMOVE and the Coupon Code Terms and Conditions;
(2) The coupon will be valid for 7 days from the day of coupon issuance, and end at 23:59 on the 7th day upon receiving the coupon(s). The coupon(s) will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;
(3) Offers are only applicable for orders placed through the LALAMOVE mobile application and website;
(4) Users must choose the coupon when placing the order, to enjoy the instant discount;
(5) The coupon is applicable to all vehicle types and courier services including walker, motorcycle, van, 5.5 ton and 9 ton trucks;
(6) Users can only use one coupon per order;
(7) Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;
(8) Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. LALAMOVE further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;
(9) In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail;
(10) In case of any disputes, LALAMOVE reserves the right for the final decision;
(11) These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements;
(12) These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
7. The details of the lucky draw results will be published in SingTao Daily and The Standard on 4 February 2022;
8. Winners of the Grand prize, second prize and third prize will be notified on or around 8 February 2022 by SMS sent from LALAMOVE with the details of the prizes collection;
9. Participants must register their LALAMOVE user account by using a Hong Kong phone number with voice and SMS function . Winners of the Grand prize, second prize and third prize whose mobile numbers in LALAMOVE user account are invalid, do not support voice & SMS function, or that number has stopped service on the winner announcement date, will be disqualified.
10. The Grand prize, second prizes and third prizes must be collected by winners at designated locations and periods. Winners or the authorised person must present the winners’ profiles on the LALAMOVE App and the SMS notice for verification purposes when collecting the prizes. LALAMOVE reserves the right to disqualify winners who cannot present the required information.
11. LALAMOVE has the right to change the prize redemption and collection method according to public health conditions. If the prizes are delivered by post, winners must provide a valid address to LALAMOVE by specified deadline. LALAMOVE shall not be liable or responsible for the cost, any loss or damage of the prizes or any failure of delivery.
12. Winners will be disqualified if the following situation occurred:
- If winners provided an incorrect mobile number in LALAMOVE account;
- If LALAMOVE could not contact the winner successfully after 7 days of the Campaign end date;
- If prizes have not been collected in specified period or winners did not provide an address in specified deadline (if applicable), and
- If winners provided a wrong address (if applicable) and the prizes could not be delivered.
13. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the Campaign. LALAMOVE further reserves the right to cancel the eligibility under this Campaign without prior notice;
14. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail;
