TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, as using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and 2022 'Deliver Love This Deepavali' Campaign Terms and Conditions;
2. Users must click on the carousel banner in the Lalamove app to join the 2022 'Deliver Love This Deepavali' Campaign and complete the respective 10, 15 and 20 order targets required from October 13, 2022, 00:00 to October 31, 2022, 23:59 (campaign period) and also click the “Redeem Now” button within the campaign period to be granted the reward(s). Coupon reward(s) will be ready for redemption 10-15 minutes after the final order is completed;
3. Eligible order completion must be made after a user successfully clicks on the carousel banner in the Lalamove app;
4. Orders must be completed during the given campaign period to be granted the reward.
5. Each user is eligible to redeem more than one prize during the campaign.
6. Ticket draws are capped at 3 draws per user during the campaign.
7. The Lalamove 'Deliver Love This Deepavali' Coupons will instantly be awarded to the winners with normal redemption lead-time is around 10-15 minutes, However, the actual lead time will depend on users’ network service and system refreshing time;
8. Validity of Lalamove 'Deliver Love This Deepavali' coupons will be as follows:
- SGD 3 worth - valid for 14 days from the day of coupon issuance, and ends at 23:59 on the 14th day upon receiving the coupon.
- All coupons will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended
- All coupons are exclusively for non-business account users' usage only.
9. Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;
10. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;
11. Lalamove reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and LALAMOVE 2022 'Deliver Love This Deepavali' Terms and Conditions without prior notice;
12. In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision.
