What are coupon packs?
Coupon packages are bulk discount coupon codes that can be purchased and applied to delivery services over a selected period. With Coupon Packs, you can enjoy additional savings to make your delivery even more affordable.
How can I purchase a coupon pack?
Eligible users will be able to see the Coupon Shop offers in their Lalamove mobile app inbox
1. Users can select the coupon pack offering available in Coupon Shop
2. Select payment method and tap purchase on the coupon details page
The purchase limit and validity period of Coupon Packs will be based on the campaign selling period determined by Lalamove, please refer to the coupon pack campaign terms & conditions for more details.
Can I purchase coupon packs on my computer?
Coupon packages are currently available for purchase on the Lalamove mobile application only
How come my family member/friend has a different coupon pack offer from me?
Coupon packages offers are tailored specifically for each user's unique needs and habits. The pack available to you may be different from your family member or friend.
Will I earn LalaReward points when I purchase a coupon package?
Loyalty points will not be eligible for points accrual when purchasing a coupon package.
Where do I find the coupons in my coupon pack?
Purchased coupons can be found in the Lalamove Wallet under the Coupon tab.
How do I use the coupons in my coupon pack?
You can apply the coupon directly while placing the order.
1. Set your pickup location and delivery location.
2. Select vehicle and additional services.
3. Select apply coupon and choose the coupon from the available coupon list.
4. Select the payment method and confirm your order.
5. Click place order.
Can I transfer my coupons to a friend or family?
Coupon packs purchased are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Where can I find my coupon pack purchase record?
The e-receipt will be sent to your registered email address once the purchase is completed. Please ensure the receive e-receipt setting in the Lalamove app is toggled on and your email address is updated to ensure the e-receipt can be delivered successfully.
What happens to my coupon pack voucher if I no longer require them?
Unused coupons after purchase are nonrefundable and non-extendable.
