Terms and Conditions
  1. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming Lalamove's coupons, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and LALAMOVE Refer A Friend Programme Terms and Conditions.
  2. The delivery coupon package for the referrer will be dispatched automatically, without notification, after the invited friend completes the first order. The coupon package will be visible on the "Refer a Friend" page on the Lalamove application.
  3.  LALAMOVE Refer A Friend Programme rewards are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. All coupons are valid from 14 days after the coupon is redeemed.
  5. All coupons will become invalid after the expiration date and will not be reissued or renewed.
  6. One delivery coupon package is given to a friend who is invited when they join using a unique link from the inviter.
  7. One other delivery coupon package is given to the inviter when the invited friend successfully completes their first order.
  8. The referrer will receive delivery coupon package worth S$5;
    1x S$3  & 1 X s$2 off all Van & Lorry delivery, with a minimum spend of S$32 

 

  1. Each user can share a unique link with as many friends as possible during the campaign period, but the opportunity to receive the referrer coupon reward will be forfeited if the referee does not complete their first order within 7 days after joining using the referrer's unique link.
  2.  The user’s unique referral links will automatically expire after 7 days. The user will need to reshare their unique referral link via the Lalamove application after the expiry period.
  3.  Lalamove reserves the right to use user-encoded application registration details such as email address and mobile number to notify users of any promo details and in case of claiming prizes where applicable.
  4. Fraud and abuse will result in losing the Customer's eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded in this promotion from the user's wallet without prior notice
  5. Lalamove reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and the Refer a Friend Programme Terms and Conditions without prior notice;
  6. In the event of a dispute, Lalamove reserves the right to make the final decision.
