Please contact EMAS at (1800-2255-582) and LTA will send a recovery crew to bring your vehicle to the nearest designated car park outside the expressway. Following this, make sure to share the car park details with the driver for pick-up.
You may check with the driver who took up your order on recommendations for suitable workshops.
When your order has been matched, the driver will give you a confirmation call where you will need to provide your vehicle's type and model. If the driver informs you that he will not be able to tow your vehicle, please reach out to Customer Service via Live Chat and book another order.
There may be instances where the height limit is too low for the towing vehicle to enter. You will be required to push your vehicle out of the carpark (if permissible) to allow the driver to perform the towing service.
If your vehicle is parked in a car park with a height restriction, you will have to select the height limit of their car park accordingly during the order as there will be extra charges.
If your vehicle is in bad condition, it will result in needing extra manpower for the towing service. Hence, drivers may quote a higher price.
Before the driver reaches the pick-up point:
You will be required to upload a photo of your vehicle via the Lalamove app. Following this, the driver will evaluate the vehicle condition and provide a quote. Please make sure you are agreeable to the proposed price before confirming the pick-up.
If you are not agreeable to the proposed price, please reach out to Customer Service via the Live Chat to inform them to cancel the order.
After the driver reaches the pick-up point:
If you are not agreeable to the price after the driver has arrived at the pick-up location, you will have to bear the cancellation fees.
- Towing services are strictly prohibited on expressways and within tunnels due to compliance with applicable laws.
- The Delivery Partner may request additional charges if any arise during the towing service. For clarification, you may contact Lalamove through Customer Service Live Chat.
- Users are prohibited from riding along during towing services.
- Users must book separate orders on the app if they require towing for more than one vehicle.
