Services in this aspect include:

Accident reporting (Authorised workshop)
Accident repair (Own damage/ windscreen, authorised workshop)

We are the authorized workshop for MSIG, Tokio Marine, Sompo and Liberty. Approved reporting centre for AXA Insurance and India International Insurance.

Who are entitled for these exclusive rates?

As long as you are verified and driving for Lalamove, you are entitled to the exclusive rates for vehicle servicing packages.

Are all services appointment-based?

Appointment is always preferred, but you can also walk in for the vehicle servicing as well, however, the duration of the servicing will be dependent on the number of vehicles undergoing servicing at that time.
